Tip Tuesday: Filling Cupcake Pans at Home
There is nothing worse than baking off your cupcakes only to find one is too low and the next has muffin top. In most bakery's the baker will use a machine to fill the cupcake pans or a piping bag. For at home bakers there is a simple tool you can use that most people already have in their kitchen! The average ice cream scoop or a large cookie baller is the perfect size to fill each individual cupcake. This gives you about the same amount of batter per scoop and helps keep the kitchen mess free.
