Last week our featured creator, Sean Hogan, shared his favorite cake he's made here at The Cake Boutique. This wedding cake is one of our most popular styles and it features our signature rosette icing in the middle tier. This all buttercream cake, is three tiers with the top and bottom being coated in sanding sugar. The middle tier is accented with rosette icing. The bottom has a simple rope and bead border. This cake is beautiful on its own or accented with a simple monogram topper or fresh flowers. It is a perfect cake in any setting or season!
