Cake Friday: Spring has Sprung!
We are ready for the Spring …are you?! Check out this spring themed topsy turvy cake we created for today's blog.

Light green fondant is made from combining white and a little bit of green fondant. |

Each tier is covered and smoothed with the green fondant. |

The tiers are stacked in alternating directions. |

This gives it a topsy turvy look. |

Pink stripes are cute for a ribbon border. |

With a touch of water the ribbons are added to the base of each tier. |

Pale yellow fondant is rolled into a long rope. |

The fondant rope is placed in a mold to create beads. |

Pastel daisy's are cut out of fondant. |

For a touch of color rainbow nonpareils are placed in the center of the daisies. |
