Tip Tuesday: How To: Make Cake Pops
Cake pops are a delicious treat, however, they are a process to make! Take a look at this step-by-step process….
Ingredients:

Directions:
1. Bake your favorite cake according to the recipe. (1- 10" cake will yield about 100 cake pops)
2. Allow cake to cool.
3. Crumble cake into a large bowl.
4. Make your favorite icing recipe.
5. Mix icing into the cake crumbs in small increments until mixture is tacky and will form balls when rolled into your hands(resembles play dough).
6. Roll mixture into small balls.
7. Pop balls into freezer to harden.
8. Melt chocolate according to directions.
9. Dip sticks in the chocolate then into cake ball.
10. Once chocolate has set, dip cake pop into the chocolate and hold over bowl to allow excess to drip off.
11. Then sprinkle the decorations and place into Styrofoam to completely dry.

- Sprinkles or other decorations

- Cake Pop or Lollipop sticks
- Styrofoam
- Small plastic bags to wrap(optional)
- Ribbon to tie the bag closed(optional)
